Grants to interest groups
The purpose of the grant is to support interest groups in their activities.
When the Student Union contributes financially, the activity must be marketed so that the Student Union has the opportunity to be visible.
Decisions on payment are made by the presidium of the Student Union. Submit the application well in advance of the planned activity.
To account for the expenses, you must submit original receipts no later than two weeks after the activity has taken place. The receipts must be complete, not contain private purchases and it is not allowed to cross out, change or make notes on the front of the receipt.
Any questions should be referred to the Presidium.
