Contribution to central Union Associations for membership recruitment

The purpose of the grant is to support the central Union Associations to carry out activities that promote membership of the union.

When the Student Union contributes financially, the marketing of the activity must be done in such a way that the Student Union has the opportunity to be visible.

The decision on payment is made by the student union presidium. Please submit your application well in advance of the planned activity.

In order to account for the expenditure, you must submit original receipts no later than two weeks after the activity has taken place. Receipts must be complete, must not contain private purchases and it is not allowed to cross out, modify or make notes on the front of the receipt.

Any questions should be referred to the Bureau.
