HUMUUS or more literally the Humanioraprogramme Uppsala University Students is a non-profit association started by the first students of the programme in the autumn semester 2019. The programme includes a common first semester and then students are split between all the different subjects in the humanities and to maintain cohesion HUMUUS was created. The association exists as a hub where members can socialize, celebrate and promote their studies with other students studying the same programme at different years. We've organized annual inspark for new program students and other events such as guest lectures, study circles, Humoween, book circle, dress swap day, gasque, graduation ceremony and more! HUMUUS as association aims to be the voice of the students and make our programme one where everyone can thrive and develop in their chosen subjects and have the best possible experience during their time at Uppsala University.
