Being a member of UPS creates a unique opportunity for you to influence your own education at one of Sweden's most attractive programmes. In addition to an opportunity to get to know your fellow students further, the association also provides an opportunity to meet potential employers. The International Committee gives you the chance to make contacts with students from all over the world and the opportunity to develop your language skills. Furthermore, membership in UPS provides a wealth of opportunities for a much-needed break from your studies where you can either kick up your heels at some of Uppsala's most high-profile parties or choose to play sports and games with other members.

More specifically, the above means that UPS organises activities for its members in the form of, for example, a programme park, sitting sexes and gassques, class battles between term classes, pub crawls and On the Trail evenings, study visits, skiing and foreign trips, mentoring projects, future lectures and much, much more.
