Event manager for Momentum
Start working towards a job fair!
In the spring of 2025, the Division of Social Sciences plans to organize the Momentum job fair for the first time. We are looking for committed and social students who want to help start the work for this fair.
A job fair will be much more fun if there are activities around and at the fair that attract students. The event manager is therefore responsible for designing and implementing activities before, at and after the fair for both students and those active at Momentum. The role therefore includes work throughout the project and that everything around the fair is as fun as possible through activities that increase the visibility and attractiveness of the fair.
As an event manager, you are also part of the fair's central project group and will, together with them, make more general decisions about the labor market fair. The assignment includes:
- Design and implement events during and before the fair.
- Plan an event at the end of the fair.
- Be prepared to supervise officials working on events on site at the fair.
- Be an important part of the central project group of the fair and attend its meetings.
- Take initiative in the work and design of the role's tasks.
It is desirable if you:
- Been involved in the event work of a student union
- Has experience in event planning
- Likes to take the initiative for new ideas
- Likes to find creative solutions to problems
- Likes to take the initiative for new ideas
