The Social Sciences Section manages money from Uppsala Student Union every year to carry out student benefit activities, and for this a person is needed who can take extra care of the section's finances and money flow.

As treasurer of the Social Sciences Section, you work together with the section's chairman and vice-chairman to ensure that the section has good finances. This mainly means keeping records of the section's income and expenses in order to give the section insight into its financial situation. You help the section make wise financial decisions so that the budget stays balanced, and so that the section spends money on the right things.You also represent the section in several different forums, both as a student representative for students in the social sciences, but also by attending sessions, meetings and meetings on behalf of the section. You also make sure to collaborate with others in the section's executive committee on the section's various projects.
