The Gustaf Fröding Scholarship is a literary scholarship to be awarded for three years to a Swedish poet. Due to the large sums awarded, this is one of the largest literary prizes in Sweden.

Proposals for scholarship recipients are nominated by a jury, which includes two students. The jury is elected by the Uppsala Student Union Council. There will be four meetings, starting in December. The assignment is voluntary.

No prior knowledge is required but it is advantageous if you have knowledge of contemporary Swedish literature.
