The role of the Program Council is to provide a forum for discussion of program-related issues for the institution that mainly concern the programs and students. Some preparation for each meeting. Mainly to check with fellow students about their views on the program. Provide a brief written account of strengths and weaknesses of the program once a year. Digital presence is possible at meetings.

The group is a forum for discussion on equal opportunities issues and works to integrate equal opportunities thinking into the day-to-day activities of the institution for both staff and students.

The task of the group is to review and quality assure syllabi (both drafts and revisions) before they go to the institutional board for decision. The group monitors that syllabi at the institution are uniformly formulated, comply with current regulations clarifies the link between knowledge objectives/taxonomies and examination objectives/methods, etc. All meetings are held digitally.

The Institutional Board takes decisions on the institution's activities such as budget, financial statements, course syllabuses, examiners and overall policy documents. The Equality Crossing Group works under the leadership of the the Equal Opportunities Officer of the institution. The group monitors equal opportunities issues at the institution and works also works actively to promote a good working environment with regard to equal opportunities, e.g. by organizing staff meetings where relevant issues are discussed.
