The Premises Committee is a preparatory and advisory body to the Domain Board on matters relating to the overall needs of the discipline for research and teaching premises, including examination facilities.

The recruitment team handles matters relating to employment as professor, senior lecturer and assistant senior lecturer. As a student representative in the group, you help ensure the quality of education and influence who teaches at your faculty.

Under the scientific areas there are a number of faculties, 9 in total across the University. The faculties manage different subject areas and decide on curricula and resource allocation between the underlying departments of the faculties. The work is governed by a Faculty Board whose chairman is called the Dean.
