The Faculty's decision-making body is the Faculty Board. The Faculty Board is responsible for the scientific priorities and quality of education and research. The deputies have the right to attend and speak at the meetings of the Faculty Board. The meeting time is estimated at 2h 45 min per meeting. 1 meeting per academic year is a full-day meeting.

The Board of Basic Education (GUN) is responsible for monitoring and preparing matters related to the scientific content of undergraduate education, such as syllabi, study plans and course literature, which to be decided by the Department Board, and is responsible for the evaluation of the activities.

As a student representative in the group for work environment and equal conditions, you contribute to counteracting discrimination and promoting equal rights regardless of gender, transgender identity or expression, ethnicity, religion or other beliefs, disability, sexual orientation or age. You also work to improve the working environment for students and staff at the department.

As a student representative on the departmental board, you participate in the meetings of the body, where decisions are made regarding, among other things, syllabuses and reading lists, and where other matters are discussed. You may also be consulted on matters concerning quality development, and invited to pedagogical discussions and planning meetings.

Undergraduate representatives are wanted for the Department Board of the Department of Medical Sciences. The Department Board makes decisions on the department's rules of procedure, budget, overall guidelines for operations, recruitment and issues that the head of department submits to the board. Lunch is served during the meeting.

The Institutional Board is the institution's highest decision-making body and has overall responsibility for policy issues and decisions on budget and financial statements. As a student representative on the department board, you participate in the board's meetings where decisions are made regarding, among other things, course syllabi and reading lists.

Matters dealt with include the department's finances, recruitment matters, announcements of doctoral positions and undergraduate education issues such as information on the number of admissions and changes in educational programs.

The Management Board manages all aspects of the institution's activities such as finances and staff.

The Programme Council for the Bachelor's Programme in Humanities will consist of two student representatives for year 1, year 2, and year 3, respectively, in order to provide their perspectives on how the programme can develop, maintain high quality, and function well from the first joint programme semester to the sixth and final semester. The program council will be held in consultation with the program coordinator and program group (teachers responsible for courses in semesters one and six). A meeting in April/May for students to discuss and give feedback on various issues related to teaching, administration and information in the two program-specific semesters one and six, and the history-philosophy faculty's course offerings, which students choose their specialization in, as well as overall.
