Are you studying at college or university and looking for a summer job? We are now looking for someone to support our customer service team during the holiday period.

Jobdescription
In customer service, you will:

• answer questions about unemployment benefits and unemployment insurance by phone and email
• assist with administrative tasks
• receive visitors at our office as needed.
  

The first two weeks begin with introductory training on the rules and laws governing unemployment insurance. Therefore, you must be able to start on June 8, 2026.

We are looking for someone who

• are at least 18 years old and studying at a college or university
• speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has a good knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• has experience in administrative work
• are good at expressing yourself in a simple and clear way
• is service-oriented, meticulous, and able to work at a fast pace
• can work the entire period from June 8 to August 21.

About us
Alfa-kassan is an unemployment insurance fund that was founded in 1998. We pay benefits to our members and, unlike other unemployment insurance funds, we also have an additional mandate from the government to pay benefits to those who are not members of an unemployment insurance fund. We are not affiliated with any trade union or other interest group. Today, we have approximately 240 employees and offices in Sundbyberg, Borås, Hemse, and Ljusdal.
