Are you interested in issues related to diversity and inclusive education in higher education? We need two student representatives, primarily preschool teacher students or student teachers, to participate in a reference group for the development of a higher education pedagogical course during winter 25. Special focus will be on teacher education. The assignment involves participation in two reference group meetings and reading documents of relevance to the course from a student perspective. remuneration of SEK 500 / hour is paid for meeting time.

The Programme Council's task is: to discuss and advise on strategic issues related to the content and orientation of the programme and its courses; to ensure that the quality of the programme and its courses is evaluated and that quality issues and development needs are followed up; to discuss experiences and strategies regarding student recruitment and alumni work; to facilitate cooperation and exchange of experiences between the departments involved in the programme; and to ensure student influence in matters related to quality and development work and other strategic issues. We are now looking for one student from each specialization of the program - language and literature.

The Program Council usually meets once or twice a semester to discuss issues related to the related to the Linguists program. Currently, the program has only one common program-specific semester and thereafter students choose courses freely. The program students currently take all courses together with other students. To the program council are invited the teachers of the program-specific semester, teachers of two elective courses that are later the program, and the study counsellors from the four departments of the departments, sometimes also the directors of studies of the faculty's departments.

As a student representative in the Education Council, you represent your course or program in matters of educational quality and contribute to higher quality of your education. A program council for the program shall be appointed by the host institution. The programme council is chaired by the programme coordinator appointed by the faculty board and includes representatives of the departments participating in the programme. Representatives of working life may be included in the program council. Students shall be included with at least one representative. Student representatives are appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Student Union Ordinance (2009:769). Programs with only one department involved shall also appoint a program council that can provide a forum where the program coordinator/host department and students can discuss program issues. The composition of the program council shall be communicated to the faculty board.

As a student representative in the program meeting, you represent your semester. At the moment we are looking for students from semesters: 2 and 6. The program coordinator leads the meeting and other participants from the department may vary (e.g. director of studies, study counselor and/or course administrator). The purpose of the program meeting is to exchange information and present current views and questions regarding the psychology program. The meeting usually takes place one to three times per semester and we would like to have two student representatives from each semester.

Global health is an evolving field, and in order to adapt to the current state and challenges of the world, new ways of defining what it contains and aims to achieve are needed. We therefore propose a new mission statement for global health. This direction seeks to reduce inequalities and achieve the best possible health for all, while reducing humanity's ecological footprint to a sustainable level. This requires a focus on transformative processes and solutions that transcend current practices, integrating multiple perspectives and disciplines.

The National Center for Women's Peace, NCK, at Uppsala University and Uppsala University Hospital has the government's mission to increase knowledge nationally about men's violence against women, honor-related violence and oppression and violence in same-sex relationships. NCK is also tasked by the government with providing support to women who are victims of violence. In order to carry out these tasks, NCK works with the training of professionals and students, method development for the care of women exposed to violence, and with information, research and knowledge compilation. Since 2007, NCK has run the national helpline Kvinnofridslinjen 020-50 50 50 and since 1994 Sweden's first specialist clinic for women who have been subjected to violence - the women's peace clinic at Uppsala University Hospital.

The Programme Council's main tasks are to strengthen the quality of the Programme and promote its development.

The Programme Board is a forum for continuous discussion of the activities of the programme and is responsible for the implementation of the programme. Among other things, it includes annually reviewing the program's curriculum and, if necessary, proposing changes to the Faculty Board, ensuring that course evaluations are carried out and followed up, deciding on course literature within the program and annually submitting proposals for course plans to the Faculty Board.
