A treasurer is a member of the executive committee and has primary responsibility for the section’s finances. The section treasurer works with the student associations and supports them in financial matters, reports on the section’s finances, and ensures that payments are made within the section. The treasurer assists the chair in preparing the budget for the next fiscal year.

Common duties of the treasurer include

•  Submit your receipts to the student union administration.
• Manage the section's operating budget.
• Assist the vice president in charge of student welfare with invoicing related to dinner reservations.
