As a student representative in the group for work environment and equal conditions, you contribute to counteracting discrimination and promoting equal rights regardless of gender, transgender identity or expression, ethnicity, religion or other beliefs, disability, sexual orientation or age. You also work to improve the working environment for students and staff at the institution. The student representative is always invited but is given special information if student issues are scheduled to be discussed and that they can then prioritize these meetings (+ev time during meeting).
