The Department Board is the department’s highest decision-making body and has overall responsibility for policy matters. The Department Board makes decisions regarding the department’s operations, such as the budget, financial statements, course syllabi, examiners, and general policy documents. There may be occasional day conferences or board training sessions. Digital participation is available. Meetings are estimated to last 2–4 hours each.
