As a student representative on the department board, you will participate in the board’s meetings, where decisions are made regarding the budget, course syllabi, and general guidelines for the department’s operations. The board also establishes guidelines for the administration of written exams, including online exams, and other matters. Each meeting is expected to last approximately 2 hours.
