The Administrative Services Organization is a collaborative body comprising the departments and other participating units. The Administrative Services Organization is tasked with ensuring, for departments (or equivalent units) within geographically defined areas, the cost-effective coordination of the departments’ support functions for their core activities in education and research. This applies, for example, to issues concerning the provision of facilities and other physical resources, security, AV technology and videoconferencing facilities, the technical and physical work environment, and the environment. This may include, among other things, the renovation, updating, and restructuring of study spaces, facilities, and examination rooms. Information and feedback from students are important to the Administrative Board.
