The Program Council’s role is to serve as a forum for discussing program-related issues within the department that primarily concern the programs and the students. The purpose is to enhance the quality of the program and promote its development, as well as to act as an advisory body to the program coordinator. Some preparation is required before each meeting (approx. 30 min). Primarily, this involves checking in with fellow students about their views on the program. Submit a brief written report on the program’s strengths and weaknesses once a year. The meeting duration is estimated at 1.5 hours per meeting.
