Student representative for the Midwifery Program's educational evaluation
In 2026, the Midwifery Program at Uppsala University will be evaluated. The program's
strengths and development opportunities will be summarized in the form of a self-assessment. An
evaluation group will review the documentation and propose quality-enhancing measures that
can be introduced in the coming years.
We are looking for an active student from another faculty/scientific field/educational institution to participate in the evaluation work.
The work includes reading the program's self-evaluation and accompanying appendices, participating in meetings with other
members of the assessment group (teachers from Uppsala University, other universities/colleges, and representatives from
the professional world), participating in the site visit (2 days in September/October), and participating in the preparation of an assessment report
after the visit. The total time commitment is estimated to be 4-5 days in 2026. A
remuneration of SEK 5,000 will be paid.
Does this sound interesting? Apply for the assignment if you want to be involved and contribute to this
quality-enhancing work. It is a great opportunity to establish contacts with, among others,
employers, gain insight into and experience of quality work within the university, and it will add
some nice lines to your CV that may be decisive for future job applications.
