The Education Committee shall work to promote quality in undergraduate and graduate education, with the exception of courses included in teacher education programs, as well as in commissioned education programs conducted within the faculty. An important task for the Education Committee is to ensure that the educational evaluations for which the faculty is responsible are conducted in accordance with the faculty’s and UU’s model, and that the annual follow-up of educational activities is carried out and presented to the Faculty Board. Other matters for the committee may include, for example, the revision of curriculum plans, referrals, and other quality issues. The estimated meeting time is approximately 2 hours per meeting.
