Election Committee - to identify candidates for the Dean and the Faculty Board, and electors. As the work of the nomination committee concerns elections to the faculty level, it is helpful if the student representative has some insight into the relationship between departments and the faculty. In terms of time spent, it is at most irregular, as the nomination committee only meets when needed, i.e. for the upcoming election of the faculty college. For the election of dean, vice-dean and faculty board, it is perhaps 3-5 meetings, with some preparatory work (which, however, is mainly done by the teacher representatives, as it is a matter of drawing up nominations among the college). The estimated time required is 10 hours. In semesters where no elections are due, the Election Committee does not meet at all.
