The Program Council is intended to be a forum for student influence and will also prepare matters for the Board when relevant. The composition should be 1-2 students per year within the program. The Director of Studies is the convener and the Council will meet once a semester. The Council may meet between meetings for less formal discussions.

The Department of Peace and Conflict Research (DPCR) is managed by the Head of Department (prefekt) and the board of the Department. The board is chaired by the Head of Department and consists of elected members from four corporations: teacher/researchers (4 regular + 2 deputies), technical/administrative staff (1+1), PhD students (1+1), and Bachelors/Masters students (2+2).
